Corporate roleplay recommendation: 'John works with our organisation in developing realistic 'employees' our clients (business leaders and managers) find useful in practising their coaching and accountability meeting skills.
John's ability to emote at just the right level creates 'difficult' employees our clients can identify in their own organisations and shows him to be a talented actor who takes initiative and improvises to respond authentically to each individuals approach to managing him. He creates believable background stories and builds his characters as they progress through the 'meeting' to keep our clients engaged and challenged. His use of mannerisms and body language further builds the characters and their authenticity which means that though he might play more than one character with each set of clients they get a sense of a different person on each occasion. John is able to communicate the inner feelings and motivations behind his characters providing depth and the all important psychological aspect of our characters and through his input we've been able to fine tune them. His particular talent is in making statements that challenge our clients to think more deeply and more creatively, which results in their developing their skills to a higher level and feeling confident and motivated to practise their skills on their employees.
John is a valuable part of our team and is a regular with us. In short John is brilliant!'
